- You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Terminal Structure and Responsibility
The Service operates as a multi-tenant system. Each Terminal is independently created and managed by its owner(s).
- Terminal owners and editors control content, access, and moderation within their Terminal.
- Each Terminal may define additional rules or policies.
- Research Terminal is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any Terminal.
- Your interactions within a Terminal are at your own risk.
5. User Content
You may submit signals, analysis, comments, and other materials (“User Content”).
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- You grant Research Terminal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
- You are solely responsible for your content and its compliance with applicable laws.
6. AI-Generated Content and Data Use
The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence.
- AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Content may be generated based on aggregated or anonymized inputs.
- We do not guarantee that AI outputs are correct or fit for any purpose.
By using the Service:
- You acknowledge that your inputs may be processed by AI systems to generate outputs.
- Your content may be used to improve Service functionality, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Service.
10. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments
Certain features, AI agent plans, or Terminals may require a paid subscription.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. By activating a paid plan, you authorize Research Terminal and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.
Free trials, if offered, are available only to eligible users or Terminals and may be limited to one trial per Terminal, account, payment method, or organization. Trial features, limits, and duration will be shown in the product. Unless otherwise stated, trial access ends when the trial period expires or when the user upgrades to a paid plan.
- You may cancel an active paid subscription at any time through the product settings where available, or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future recurring charges, but access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Plan upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in an immediate or prorated charge.
- Plan downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the product.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, suspend paid features, downgrade the Terminal, or cancel the subscription.
- Prices may exclude taxes, VAT, currency conversion fees, or payment provider charges, which may be added where applicable.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and Research Terminal does not store full payment card details.
- AI agent plans describe expected levels of automated research activity, such as signal discovery, analysis, and brief generation. These outputs may vary based on data availability, system performance, plan limits, and other factors, and are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular decision.
- We may modify plan features, pricing, or billing terms with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, software, design, and systems are owned by Research Terminal or its licensors.
