5. Terminal Data Visibility

Research Terminal operates as a multi-tenant system.

  • Content you submit is visible to members of the relevant Terminal
  • Terminal owners and editors may have elevated access to content within their Terminal
  • We do not control how Terminal owners use or interpret content within their environments

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data with:

  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing)
  • Legal authorities if required by law

7. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to operate the Service.

  • User content may remain visible within Terminals unless deleted
  • We may retain backup copies for technical or legal reasons

8. Data Access, Export, and Deletion

You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data.

Deleting your account may remove your access but may not fully remove content already shared within Terminals, especially where it has been referenced or incorporated into analysis.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with our website and product surfaces through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay.
